Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1–2 days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@snappypurewater.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is broken, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
