Refunds & Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Returns

You may return any item purchased from Snappy Pure Water for any reason within thirty (30) days of delivery date.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept any returns for any opened or used products.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in any way, or if you receive the wrong item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or broken, please email us as soon as possible at contact@snappypurewater.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are broken or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@snappypurewater.com

Refunds

Once your refund request is received and accepted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 15 days, contact your bank or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
